SEPTEMBER is an independent brand built on limited drops with no restocks.
Our 7-day return window exists so every piece finds a home and keeping production intentional, waste minimal, and styles available to everyone who wants them. We're a small operation, and this policy is how we keep it that way.

The basics
- Full-price items only, initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached and hygiene liners intact
- Any item showing signs of wear, including deodorant marks, creams, or stains, will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Returns
- Items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery
- Items received after 14 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit
- Return shipping is your responsibility — we recommend a trackable, insured method
- We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- $5 return processing fee
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days and issued to your original payment method
Exchanges
- Exchanges are free
- Items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery
- We refund your original order's shipping cost so you are not paying twice
- Return shipping to us is your responsibility
- Exchanges are not available on international orders
Sale items
- Items discounted 20% or more, or marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for return or exchange
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
- All hats are final sale
Unclaimed packages
- Packages returned to us due to non-delivery will receive store credit
- Refunds are not available on unclaimed packages
International orders
- Returns accepted for store credit or exchange only
- Items must be received in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and hygiene liners intact
- All sale items are final
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping and outbound exchange shipping are the customer's responsibility
- Always obtain a tracking number as proof of delivery
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy
- If a return is denied, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you
