NO SHORTCUTS.
Every suit is tested in real conditions before it ever reaches you. In the water, through real movement, the kind that exposes every flaw. We run up to five rounds of testing per suit, on real women, in the ocean, until it's right.
We don't always get it perfect. We make mistakes and we own them. But we're always learning, always updating, always going back into the water until we're confident we've got it.
Because a suit that does its job is one you never have to think about again.
THE RIGHT WAY OR NOT AT ALL.
Before we committed to a single factory, we visited many across Bali and Indonesia. We asked hard questions about labor practices, environmental standards, and how people were actually treated. We weren't going to compromise on that.
We knew we'd found the right partner when they told us they adhere to the Ethical Trading Initiative: Base Code of Conduct. That was the beginning of a relationship we're genuinely proud of.
Our factory is 20 minutes from our headquarters in Bali. That proximity isn't a coincidence. It means we're on the ground, present, and accountable. It also means fewer miles, less freight, and a meaningfully smaller carbon footprint from production to our door.
We didn't build this to check a box. We built it because it's the only way we know how to do business.
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.
Every suit is thought through from the start. In an industry built on volume and disposability, we've made a deliberate choice to do the opposite.
Small runs. Considered design. Materials that hold up. Pieces you actually want to keep.
That's not a selling point. It's just how it is.
