* Please note - we support USPS and do not think the postal service should be privatized. Due to budget cuts and COVID USPS has been greatly affected and packages have been known to take longer than expected.  Please be patient and if you need faster delivery, don't hesitate to reach out to us at store@septembertheline.com *

SEPTEMBER offers free shipping on US domestic orders over $200 USD.

US domestic orders under $200 are a flat rate $6 and generally takes between 3-5 business days, based on your location.

We offer domestic Priority Tracked Shipping for $15 with delivery in approximately 2-3 business days, based on your location.

For international orders, shipping is free for orders $250+. Orders below $250 are $25 for International Standard Shipping.

All orders are shipped from New York City via USPS.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which is out of our control, but we work hard to minimize any issues.

We can not ship to any PO boxes.

GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, Monday – Friday. All orders received after 5pm EST, will be shipped the following Monday.

ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.  We are not responsible for unclaimed packages and do not issues refunds for unclaimed packages. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications.

* If you get a delivery notification but your package is not there, 9 times out of 10 your package will show up within a week. Once the package has left our warehouse, USPS is responsible for your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Visit their website for instructions on how to make a claim.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customs duties or taxes are not payable by SEPTEMBER. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country and we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.
