Shipping

 

All orders ship from New York City via USPS. We proudly support USPS and believe in keeping the postal service public. Due to ongoing budget cuts, some packages may take longer than expected — if you need faster delivery, reach out to us at store@septembertheline.com.


US domestic

  • Free shipping on orders over $200
  • Flat rate $6 on orders under $200 — generally 3 to 5 business days
  • Priority tracked shipping $15 — approximately 2 to 3 business days
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes

International

  • Free shipping on orders over $250
  • Standard shipping $25 on orders under $250
  • Occasional customs or courier delays may occur outside of our control

Processing & tracking

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Orders received after 5pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched

Undeliverable & lost packages

  • If a package is undeliverable, the customer is responsible for return and original shipping charges
  • We do not issue refunds for unclaimed packages, please watch for delivery attempt notifications
  • If you receive a delivery notification but no package, it will most often arrive within a week
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, USPS is responsible for it, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Visit usps.com to file a claim

International customs & duties

  • Customs duties and taxes are not covered by SEPTEMBER
  • Please check with your local customs authority for any applicable fees, these vary by country and are outside our control
  • Packages refused at delivery or returned to sender by the customer are not our responsibility, we cannot issue a refund for parcels we do not receive back
