Our swimwear is made with the highest quality Italian recycled lycra. You definitely want to take good care of it to maintain its premium quality. Please hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Hang dry inside out and try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen.

We are a small business of two people run by the founder and creative director. We believe in bringing high quality garments at a fair price to our customers (we love you!). So we do not base our business or pricing model on sales and promotions, so markdowns are rare. If we do have a one, it will be announced on Instagram or via email.

SEPTEMBER offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all US domestic orders over $200 with delivery in 5-7 business days.
For US orders, we offer Express Tracked Shipping for $10 with delivery in approximately 2-3 business days.
For international orders, shipping is free for orders $250+. For orders below, shipping is $25.

Customs duties or taxes are not payable by SEPTEMBER the Line. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country and we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of order placement, Monday – Friday. All orders received after 5pm EST, will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched with a tracking number.

All orders are currently being shipped from the New York City via US Postal Service. We wish to provide our customers with fast and reliable international shipping and aim to have your orders to you within 3 - 14 business days based on your location.
Please allow 10-14 business days for all FREE standard shipping orders.
Please allow 2-4 business days for Express shipping to Australia/Europe/NZ/Asia
And 3-7 business days for express international orders.
Please provide a telephone number when ordering. All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has left our warehouse.

99% of the time your package will show up within a week.
Please note, once the package has left our warehouse, and is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for your package.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking shows it being delivered.

We offer a 14–day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. You can receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid), assuming goods are unworn and in original condition.
